Contracts Compliance SuitePowered by bidpiston
the public sector contracts toolkit.
The Carbon Reduction Plan, Modern Slavery Statement and social value evidence public sector buyers ask for, and the bid manager to win the work. Built from your own evidence and kept current every year.
the compliance every bid asks for
Public sector buyers ask suppliers for the same three documents again and again. Most suppliers get them from three different places, usually a consultant, a template or a blank page, and each one is out of date within a year.
The Contracts Compliance Suite brings them together with the bid manager that uses them. Each document is built from evidence you already hold, and all three are renewed every year.
four tools, one toolkit
each one works on its own. together they are the Contracts Compliance Suite.
Carbon Reduction PlanCarbon Comply
Count your emissions, calculate them on UK Government conversion factors and produce the plan in the official format.

Modern Slavery StatementSupply Comply
Assess your suppliers, score the risk, act on the findings and build your annual statement from that evidence.
Social Value Advantage PackContract Comply
Turn the social value you already deliver into evidenced answers, written only from your own evidence.

Your bidsbidpistonAI bid manager
Decode the tender, draft to the character limit and face a mock evaluation panel before the buyer does.
how it works
evidence
Each tool gathers the evidence from the people who hold it: staff audits, supplier assessments and your own records.
documents
The three documents are produced from that evidence, each one reviewed and approved by you before it is used.
renew
All three expire every year. The evidence is already in place, so each renewal is an update, not a rebuild.
why the suite
Evidenced, not written
Every document is built from data you can show a buyer, not from a template or a blank page.
Annual, not one-off
A consultant hands over a PDF. The suite keeps the three documents current year after year.
Built for procurement
Designed around what the evaluator on the other side of the table looks for.

why this matters now
- Carbon Reduction Plans
PPN 006 makes a Carbon Reduction Plan a condition of participation for in-scope central government procurements over £5m a year. Many other buyers ask for one below that. - Modern slavery
The NHS (Procurement, Slavery and Human Trafficking) Regulations 2025 came into force on 17 May 2026. Suppliers should expect questions about how they manage risk in their supply chains. - Social value
PPN 026 applies to covered central government procurements of £1 million or more that start on or after 1 January 2027. The buyer's tender documents decide the model and the weighting.
